Wednesday Morning Exercise
Regular physical exercise has many benefits for our seniors. Exercising improves their mobility, strength and balance which is important to help prevent falls. It also enhances cardiovascular health which reduces the risk of heart and stroke disease.
It's also a time when they get together and have fun with our volunteers that so willingly give of their time.
